On June 14, 1993, my father and I opened a little breakfast and lunch café with the help of our family, friends, and my adorable and supportive 18-year-old girlfriend….

30 years and well over a million eggs later, Ray’s Café still has the privilege of not only serving food to our community’s friends and families but also creating countless memories with them.

Our reputation among Jersey Shore locals and visitors alike, for both our food and our service, is one that we relish and take great pride in. Our wait staff is helpful and friendly, providing a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, whether you want to host a special occasion with us, or simply sit down and enjoy a meal with family or friends.

My father and I simply wanted to open a breakfast-lunch bistro where people could bring their families and feel at home.
